The Emirate of Ajman is one of the seven emirates (states) of the United Arab Emirates. It has an area of a mere 260 square kilometres (100 sq mi), which makes it the smallest of the emirates in terms of area. It is named after the city of Ajman, which is its seat of government. The main landmass of the emirate is bordered on the north, east, and south by the Emirate of Sharjah. Tourist attractions in the emirate, including hotels, shopping and cultural destinations are growing rapidly. Tourist attractions include the Ajman National Museum situated at Ajman Fort, the Red Fort and the museum in the inland enclave of Manama. Ajmans corniche is a popular evening and weekend destination for families and features a number of fast food outlets, coffee shops and stalls. It is home to the Outside Inn, a popular watering hole with expatriates, as well as to a number of hotels, including the Ramada, Ajman Palace, the Kempinski, the Ajman Saray and the Fairmont Ajman.

Ajman is less than half an hour drive from Dubai Deira, but if you travel at peak hours, it can be double that time, so it is an affordable option, everything is cheaper than in Dubai) but not advisable if you need to commute to Dubai at peak hours due to the traffic jams between Sharjah and Dubai. You can go to Dubai by minibus , they depart every 10-15 min from Lulu center (900 meters away from the Falcon Towers), it costs DH 12 and by normal bus from Deira to Ajman Union Square metro station, they depart every half hour and cost DH 15.

There is no parking attached to the studette, but you can park for free behind the smaller buildings around the Falcon Towers.
