Cosy Little Loft for rent in San Lorenzo - available from mid October 2018??

Are you going to spend some time in Rome soon and you are looking for a place to stay? Look no further!?

My name is Federica, and I own a little loft in the heart of San Lorenzo that I am sure would make anybodys perfect home in Rome :-)

My little loft is a comfortable, lovely place and its perfect for a single or a couple: its fully equipped so all youll have to do is just move in with your luggage and make yourself at home!
It is composed of:
?- a nice and spacious living area (of approximately 30 square meters/322 sqft) a kitchenette and a restroom on the ground floor
- a comfortable sleeping area + shower cubicle on a wooden mezzanine (of approximately 20 square meters/215 sqft); please note that the height on the mezzanine is of approximately 180 centimeters (5ft10in) so its quite comfortable to stand for an averaged sized person :-)
Some of the house facilities include: internet (WiFi) 24/7, TVs, air conditioning, dishwasher, sofa-bed (sleeps two guests) and much more!??


San Lorenzo is centrally located in Rome and is walking distance to Termini Central Station and University Sapienza, but most of all San Lorenzo is a charming and vibrating neighborhood where you will find the authentic spirit of Rome... you will love it!

I am a private owner so there are NO agency fees of course and NO extra/hidden costs whatsoever.?
The price is 1200 euro per month including ALL bills. A deposit proportional to the length of your stay is required.

I am quite flexible about the length of the rental and although I would privilege periods of 6 months of longer, I will evaluate any requests.
