In the marvelous south of Sardinia, an enchanting private island called isola Piana. The island can be reached with a private boat for about 7 euros each way. This is one of the few private islands in the Mediterranean, offering a swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer field, small market with local products and restaurant. It is noted that the island is accessible only to the owners of the houses and guests (exclusivity of the place). Ten minutes by boat, you can visit the island of Carloforte with its wonderful beaches and renowned restaurants. The house is rented preferably to families or couples. We require a deposit, which is returned (upon inspection), before departure. The cleaning is paid separately to the staff in charge. The restaurant and the market are open during the summer of June/September. In the remaining periods is possible to book the needed shopping in Carloforte and have it delivered.
The house is on two floors with dehor on the lower floor and garden on the upper floor (both exterior furnished parts). The inside is composed of a kitchen / living room, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, espresso machine,Wi-Fee. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a hydromassage shower and a radio.
The house has just been renovated. The island can be walked in 30 minutes by foot. Motor vehicles and animals are not allowed in the Island. There is the possibility to rent a boat at Carloforte and move independently between island and mainland.
