The flat has a huge hallway with 2 anterooms, 2 bathrooms with laundry machine and eat-in kitchen. Its very close to A metro station Porta Furba Quadraro and Numidio Quadrato (5 min. walking) and is very well connected to all sides of the city. Its served by many shops, post and bank offices, an everyday open-air market and lots of green areas, pubs and cinemas. The expenses are apart and around 60€ each month including gas, centralized heatings, electricity, very fast fiber wifi (90mb/20mb), water, condominium and the building caretaker that is present all day long. A key requirement is the ability to keep the house clean. We require a months advance deposit plus the current month. A lease contract will be provided, if requested, also for friendlyers.
