The room can be furnished or unfurnished and currently has a full size bed, nightstand, wardrobe, 2 desks and 2 chairs. The shared kitchen and living room are on the first floor.

The duplex apartment has three rooms on the second floor. The owners use the kitchen and living room on the first floor Sunday through Tuesday every week. Two roommates share the bathroom on the first floor. This bathroom has a deep soaking tub. Currently you would be sharing the bathroom with a easy going male who travels a lot. The third roommate has their own private bathroom in their room (easy going couple).

No smoking, no vaping, no 420, no drugs, we are looking for nice quiet people who recycle and clean up after themselves in the kitchen. $1100 for a single occupant, $1200 for a couple. Sorry, the set up is not good for four legged pets.

The house is located on 22nd St Between 5th and 6th Avenue in trendy South Slope with lots of shopping, banks, dining, etc. The nearest train is the R train at 25th St and 4th Ave.
