Rental conditions


Total monthly rental payment is EUR 935, which includes:

* EUR 770 - monthly rent;
* EUR 95 - building charges (lift, concierge service 24/24, central heating, lighting, corridors cleaning, garbage disposal);
* EUR 70 - other charges (pack TV/Internet Wi-Fi/Phone);
* tenants civil liability insurance is offered.

Individual water, electricity & gas consumption is invoiced according to the counters each 2 months.
The refundable security deposit is EUR 1500.
Final cleaning fee upon the check-out is EUR 50.
