Emily is a fantastic landlord and person! She was a great communicator throughout the entire rental process and was always only a text message/phone call away. She was quick to respond and very kind, along with being extremely knowledgable of the area. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment in NYC! This location in particular was a great value for the Chelsea area-- close to everything you could ever need.

Emily is a very good and helpful person. Always easy to contact. The apartment, the furnishings and the building are very old. But 3 bedrooms for its price, in Upper East Side, is awesome! Totally worth it. Ill always contact Emily when I need an apartment in NYC.

We rented this apartment for our son for 3 weeks while he was doing an internship in Harlem. We had a great experience with the landlord and were very pleased with everything. Emily is fantastic and will do everything to make your stay a great one! I highly recommend this property and this landlord.
