I need someone to take over ASAP so I’m willing to pay first months rent. It’s fully furnished, cable & everything included except electric. Private room private bathroom with a roommate (if you have a roommate they can sign a lease) it’s per month, one of the nicest & cheapest places in dinkytown you’ll find. Underground heated garage. I paid the deposit, all you’d have to pay is an application fee to take over the place. It’s located near everything, I’m so sad I can’t live here.
