We (R10) are student residences, located in the historic and cultural neighborhood of La Candelaria.

We have two residences: R10 Casa del Sol and R10 La Quinta.

The houses are pretty close to each other; R10 Casa del sol is located at Calle 12C#3-64 (http://goo.gl/QtXVpX) and R10 La quinta is located at Carrera 5 # 12B-20 They are also very close to most of the downtown universities (Universidad de los Andes, Universidad del Rosario, Universidad Externado and Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano), and to the main avenues and transportation systems and cultural centers of the city. So, they are very well located on downtown Bogotá.

Some info about the houses you might find useful: R10 Casa del Sol has 30 rooms, 7 kitchens, a living room with tv and a big dining table, a bar and a garden which also has a view to Monserrate and R10 La quinta has 21 rooms 2 big kitchens, a patio, a TV room a ping pong table and several common areas.

Price includes utilities, Internet Wi Fi, Tv with Netflix and Directv, security and cleaning. There is a deposit equivalent to one month of rent that is returned at the end of the contract.
