Fantastically located rustic mountain villa, fully modernised, great for walkers, couples, families, big groups, and furry friends.

The space

Overlooking the idyllic villages of Competa, Canillas and Corumbella, this large rustic villa has three double bedrooms, a large kitchen and bathroom, living room and dining room and a separate, smaller villa with its own double bedroom, bathroom and marble kitchen. A day-bed in the log-burner room provides an additional sleeping area for guests or children. Its terrace to the rear boasts exquisite panoramic views of the mountains, sea and neighbouring white-washed villages.

The house itself has its own driveway with parking for three or four cars and is fully modernised, benefiting from good internet access, Sky TV with all UK TV channels,, a log burner, and air conditioning. The main houses kitchen has been recently fitted and includes a large double sink, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and breakfast area. The terrace at the rear of the property has a heated swimming pool, hotub, sunbeds, a barbecue as well as a sheltered dining area with space for six to eight people.

Pets are very welcome, the land surrounding the rear of the property is fully enclosed with orange, fig and olive trees.

Guest access

Guests will have access to all parts of the property, with the owner living at another location.

Other things to note

Central heating is available on request at an extra charge of 8 Euros a day. Logs are available for sale locally or delivery can be arranged on request.

A welcome pack containing water, juice, bread, milk, eggs, coffee, ham, cheese and wine is available on request for 25 Euros. Alternatively send your individual requests for a quote.

For longer stays a weekly cleaning service can be provided at 30 Euros a week.
