LOOKING for :a people student to sublet to.
I do have a roommate it is a 2 bedroom suite with a shared common area/ washroom. Im looking to sublet my room at the Parkside Student Residence on Carlton St for 5 months ,as soon as possible or the end of December/begining of January . its at 15 min walk from CMU,10 min walk to Ryerson, 10 mins from the subway & yonge st . Rent is 1255 a month and the additional cost every 4 months for the meal plan is 2915 which covers the FULL 4 months .there is a gym ,study halls,pool tables,cafeteria,terrace,movie rooms,kitchens,reading rooms,game rooms . The apartment building is very secure you need a key card to get in and out of the building as well as in to your room. there is a bike storage and a parking garage.
