The apartment is comprised of a large living room which includes a kitchen, a two-bed bedroom with a bathroom, and a terrace with an open sea view.

There is a convertible sofa and a small bed in the living room.

It is in the same family house as apartments Merčep and Studio apartment Merčep, 10m away from sea. It is possible to swim right beneath the apartment. There are small rocky beaches every 20m on the walkway by the apartment, and the first sand beach is 100m away.
Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Pelješac peninsula and many other destinations as often as you choose, we will assist you in order to enrich your holiday experience.

If you prefer peace and quietness and crystal clear sea, come and enjoy all this at Villa Tica. You will still be being able to visit Dubrovnik and other exiting destinations as often as you choose. We promise that we will try to make your vacation experience as pleasant as possible.
