SPECIFICS: Shared bathrooms with 2 other gentlemen. Bathrooms are cleaned daily. We are please to provide smoke-free environment.

RATES: 1 week/$263, 2 wk/$481, 3 wk/$660, 4 wk/$797 (departure notice - prepaid 1 week)

NO LEASE - ONE WEEK NOTICE: Last week departure notice is payable up front at the weekly rate. Then, you purchase a Block of 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks. You may extend your stay for as long as needed by purchasing a new Block of time.

BOOKING: For booking this unit, last week payment is required immediately and balance is payable upon move-in.

Our units are well managed with no tolerance for disturbance to other guests. If you are looking for a clean, quiet and respectable accommodation, you will not be disappointed.
