The room is located in a private, nice, 4 double bedroom house on 2 levels with spacious separate living room, 1 bathroom, downstairs toilet and private garden next to West Ham Park. It’s very quiet & safe place within walking distance of Stratford Station (10 - 15 min).
Would suit single or couple professionals working in the City, Canary Wharf or Stratford.

Other flatmates are 2 x friendly professional couples and a lovely easy going lady all between 20 - 30 years of age from Europe.

Room is fully furnished with double bed, large double wardrobe with three shelfs and hanging rail, chest of drawers, bookshelf drawers, wall mirror, double glazed windows and carpet floor.

Water, Council Tax and WIFI (Virgin Media 200mb/s Broadband) included in the price. The Gas and Electricity bill comes on top ( summer around £11, winter around £30 per person)
Fully equipped Bathroom, Kitchen and storage loft to be shared with 5 flatmates. There is plenty of space to store your stuff in the Kitchen and the Bathroom. There are three large fridge freezers.
Your Deposit (£550) will be returned on the day you have passed on the keys back to us.
