Cleaning Service:​

The shared spaces will be cleaned once a week

Your room must be cleaned by yourself


Regular cleaning services are included in the rent

The cleaning includes:
bathrooms (completely, weekly)
corridor (floor and basic cleaning, weekly)
kitchen (floor and basic cleaning, weekly)

NOT dishes. The dishes need to be cleaned up by the students themselves.
NOT waste. Garbage separation need to be done by the students themselves.
The garbage need to be by stored by the students themselves to the house condominium garbage containers.
The garbage containers are located in the inner courtyard of the condominium.


Possible rent periods:

1 September to 27 February | winter semester | 6 month

1 March to 31 August | summer semester | 6 month

We do not offer any shorter rent periods | 6 month minimum
