The flat has 150 square meters, a large living and dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, utensils), 4 rooms (beds for 7 people, air conditioning ), 2 complete bathrooms and a spare toilet.
TV in the living area and Wifi connection.
There is no washing machine at the apartment, but if anyone willing to rent it for long ( I mean more than 3 months) there would be no problem installing one.

I prefer long term rental (1 or 2 years) but I want to offer all options.
