All you need to bring are your own things.
Access to beach is off the front lawn for swimming, walking, playing in the sand and beach combing.
Outdoor gazebo of the front deck has lawn chairs and table. It is a great place to sit and admire the beach, water, sunsets and the boats on the water.
There is lots of room in the yard to play a few lawn games, also a swing for the children,
fire pit, outdoor furniture and more . It is very quiet and private.
