The rent is $1,500 per month to the perfect roommate : CLEAN, RESPECTFUL, QUIET (no heavy snorer please or slamming doors), pays the bills and rent on the 1st, doesnt bring the party back @ the house (bars are right there, literally 1.5 block away). Preferably a professional with a 9 to 5 kind of job.
Deposit is $1500 (may vary if part time or unable to give proof of employment)
The utilities such as Internet, Gas & Electricity are split, as well as house supplies like: paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap...(what we all use & share).
