This place is a very deluxe, fully-furnished executive level condominium as you see in the photos.

There are TWO courtyards! You have your own PRIVATE bathroom in your master-bedroom which features a walk-in closet, king-size bed, beautiful hardwood furnishings, full-tub/shower, private french-door entry to the petite courtyard, etc. The kitchen has granite counter-tops, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice-maker, flat-top stove. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a flat-screen TV, cable, internet and WIFI.

This place has it all... including dishes, glassware, etc.

The term of stay is flexible... However, Id prefer someone for three months or longer. Lets talk!

You will be in the heart of the French Quarter with all the amenities: world renowned Bayona Restaurant is next door, Broussards epic courtyard is around the corner... 24 hour restaurants and bars, world-class shopping, clubs, live music as well as all the top festivals and parades are at your doorstep...

Also, this unit is off the street, so it is quiet and secure!
