Weekly Rates – run Friday to Friday, changes of days may incur a surcharge of £30 / *Short Breaks – run Friday to Monday (weekend short break 3 nights) & Monday to Friday (mid-week short break 4 nights)
Check in after 3pm, later check in’s after 9pm by special arrangement only, check out by 10am. Late check out by 1pm charged at £25.
3 nights minimum – 4 nights charged at 80% of weekly rates, 5 nights at 85% of weekly rates – all for mid-week/odd days.
Short breaks (* as above) are charged at 75% of weekly rates subject to availability at off peak times.
Extra nights when extending – if available, are charged pro-rata of the weekly rates.
