Living and dining room has one High Seat dining table, with two dining chairs., three seater couch/pull out bed combo, one television set. All utilities included. Lots of windows, all with wood blinds, and block out drapes, to keep out sounds, and insulate during summer and winter.

Apartment is large 1000 sq ft, on ground floor of a very clean private three family house. Room is available to one occupant only .Owners are a professional couple who live in the on top floor of building. . On very good block. Apartment entrance well lit with security cameras all around..

Excellent public transport. .Four minute walk to B46 and B35 buses. 10 minute ride to 3,4,5,2 trains going to Manhattan. Walk to restaurants, food shopping, retail stores, numerous laundry mats. Short ride to Brooklyn Library, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and tons of restaurants and down town Brooklyn.

Very central. Quite safe. Non Smoking, no drugs, no pets, house rules. Responsible for own groceries and toiletries. No overnight quests.
