This is a truly special private apartment in a highly desired location.

It is a clean bright space that opens onto a lush garden. Open layout kitchen with breakfast bar. A surprisingly roomy living room with bright windows. The bedroom is definitely cozy (smallish) but fits a full sized (double) bed and a dresser -- so its big enough for comfort and privacy. Superbly pristine for your visit. There is possibility for a 3rd guest as there is a futon in the living room as well.

This apartment is all yours with private front entrance. The garden which is large and lush and has a great patio for lounging is a fully enclosed secluded space. It has a feeling of complete privacy, though it is also accessed by the upstairs neighbors as well (a lovely family!). We just ask that guests exhibit commons courtesy, but please make yourselves at home!

I leave the apartment clean, perfectly prepared and private for you. However, I am always reachable by cell phone -- and will respond quickly to any questions or needs. Please do not hesitate to call/email/text with your questions.

Windsor Terrace: I cant say enough. I raised my children in this amazing area of Brooklyn. It is a small enclave nestled between two historical huge green spaces -- Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery (take the tour!). It is pretty much Park Slope in that it is around the corner and you have access to everything there, but you barely need to leave the few blocks that is Windsor Terrace, because it provides highly rated restaurants, groceries, farmers market, bank, post office, movie theater, etc...And less than a blocks walk from this apartment gets you on the F train (15th street station) -- for a day in Manhattan.

On the F train (15th Street Prospect Park stop). Also G train is accessible on this line.
If you are driving a car, you can find street parking here with relative ease.
