Each room is completely furnished including the bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. You should not have any furniture of your own. There is no storage available in the home.

A car is essential. The nearest bus stop is at Meijers at Jackson Road and Zeeb Road which is 5-miles from the home. The home is only 8-miles from downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan Hospital.

$1195 includes all utilities including DTE, Comcast internet, water, and garbage. All sundries are also included: laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products and paper products.

With the weekly and month-to-month leases, bedding and linens are provided. Please provide your own bedding and linen when you sign a one-year lease.

The room can be rented, also, on a weekly basis at $595 per week OR on a monthly basis for $1395 per month. A security deposit and lease are required whether you rent on a week-to-week basis, month-to-month basis or with a one-year lease.

The security deposit is completely refundable when you move out as long as there is no damage for which you are responsible.

If you sign a one-year lease, the security deposit is $1790. If you rent month-to-month, the security deposit is $1995. If you rent week-to-week, the security deposit is $890.

Sorry but no pets other than my 2 dogs and 2 cats who already live here. Importantly, you should not be allergic to either dogs or cats - even though neither the dogs nor the cats ever go into your private room. All of them are very well behaved and they are always with me. You should feel comfortable around animals and, preferably, enjoy them. No one with allergies to dogs or cats, please.

We are located at the southwest corner of Ann Arbor. Lodi Township is considered within Ann Arbor city limits. It is surrounded by a country scene but everything that you need is less than 5-miles away. The University of Michigan stadium is just 8 miles away. You do need a car.

Rental price is dependent upon a one-year lease, i.e., slightly higher rent if a less-than-one-year lease is signed.

Although everyone has their own private room, you will be renting the entire home with other responsible and respectful people. Each person living here has very independent lives.

The rent per month is $900 if you rent for an entire year. This does include utilities: DTE, garbage, water and Comcast. It also includes sundries such as laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc.

If you rent for a shorter time, the price is a bit more depending upon how long you rent. You can rent month-to-month and that is $1250.00 per month including utilities.
