Amarylia, located in the southeastern part of Laconia, is the new municipality of Monemvasia, is south of Sparta, 3 ½ hours from Athens by road, is opposite of the immense Karavostasi, a mountain with unexplored caves is 700 meters from the beaches of Plytra, which are suitable for easy going children, fishing, water sports, diving and surrounded by lush Laconian plain.
The location of Amarylia is a big advantage, as it is built, gazing around the village of Plytra.
It features 2bed,3bed,4bed,5bed rooms and large apartments, thermally insulated, with two bedrooms, each with a connecting door to be joined, for 8 people at least, all with TV, air condition cooling and heating (winter, heated with radiators), functional mini kitchens with large refrigerator, intercom,comfortable private dining terraces with awnings,private bathrooms with shower and hot water all day, winter and summer. Apartments overlooking the sea of Plytra, Taygetos, Palaiokastro of Plytra (= a castle oldest and Monemvasia) Molai and offer a sense of calm. Also offers comfortable, indoor parking for 10 cars and boats.
A few words about Plytra and the surrounding area:
Plytra is pretty hamlet with a very busy summer. Previously, she was known for figs and came boats that loaded figs in the markets of Europe. There, there is an ancient city that sank in 375 AD, but is a very shallow depth, so the ruins are visible.
The beaches:
