I just moved months ago in my new cozy flat in the most authentic and cool quartier in Prenzlauer Berg.
For professional reasons I need to go/stay in Spain the next months. And maybe even a bit longer.

Besides the nice deko, with original design pieces, the flat is totally renovated, modernized and painted last monday. And most of the stuff is new (not even used once).

Its a sunny ground floor, with private little terrace in the inter garden from the house. Safety and privacy.
Whole house is extremely organized and care on. With separated bike room, trash room, etc.The neighborhood, considerad from the Berliner people in the last research (by famous summer magazine guide), the best mixing area in Prenzlauer Berg.
Corner with known Dunckerst, then next corner with Stargarder st., full of bars, rest, shops, second hands, services, etc.
And the next, the most authentic west Berlin by the Helmholtzplatz - a should visit in Berlin.
We even dont have to talk about Schönehause Alle.

- SBahn and tram prenzlauer Alle - 3min
- SBahn and UBahn Shonehause Alle - 7min
- Mauerpark - 10min
- Alexanderplatz - 30min by walking
The best: Directly train from/to both airports, and also all connections to Main train station Hauptbanhhof.

Miscellaneous
The flat is full furnished mixing, travels, stories, style and heart. And would be a pleasure to offer my place for someone who could appreciate and care on.
