I am subleasing my room in a 2 bedroom apartment! The room for lease is at Gateway Hills Apartments, which is right by the ice rink. I pay $450 a month, but I am completely willing to offer up my apartment for $300 a month. I will also cover the transfer fees. Utilities only include electricity, so it is usually around $20 or so. Overall, it will be a very affordable summer!

My roommate, who is a male, will be living in Ames this summer as well. He is very easy to live with.

I will be able to get out of the apartment by May 9, so the lease would run from then until July 31.
