We actually have two different apartments for rent. One is rented as an apartment and the other we rent rooms. Both are in the same building which is new, modern with heat, elevator, doorman, 24hr security and underground parking. The three bedroom apartment rents for $75 a day or $400 a week and $1400 for a month. This unit sleeps six with a queen,double and two twin beds in three rooms. This unit has a washer and a dryer, nice size kitchen fully equipped. Both apartments have a TV in each room as well as in the living room. Both have new furniture and are very clean. Both have heat which many in Cusco do not, its chilly here in the night.

The second apartment also has three bedrooms. The largest has a queen size bed and private full bath. The second largest has a double bed with lots of cupboard space. The smallest room has a single bed and also has lots of cupboard space. Fully stocked kitchen and both a nice living room. This unit has a washer but uses an indoor line for drying. The prices for the rooms in the second apartment are by the week or month only. The large room is $200wk/ $600 month, the mid size room $125 wk $400 month, small room $100 wk, $300 month.

Its a 20 minute walk to the central square area or $1.50 taxi ride. Taxis are really cheap here in Cusco so makes it easy to get around. Its actually nice to live a little out from the City center as it gets noisy and busy.
