I am looking for a professional woman, or a student. She needs to love dogs, (I have 2, pretty quiet, happy, but medium and large dog). She needs to be clean, help with the common area to keep them that way. I have a great, almost 5 year old daughter who goes to school in the morning and work with me after until evening. Overnight guests will not be allowed until we have established a friendship and I trust you. The master bedroom has 12 ceilings. Master bath has a stand up shower and garden tub, and a walk in closet. Sliding glass door opens to patio and yard from master bedroom. The room is fully furnished with queen bed, new night stands and lamps, desk, rugs, glass shelving, and artwork. I am a 7 minute drive to Doheny Beach in Dana Point, CA, with utilities included. I am located in an upscale gated community, surrounded by 40 miles of hiking/horseback riding trails. Behind the next street over from me (but cannot hear), is the community pool/hottub/gym).
