The apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance of the shops, restaurants and bars and only 3 minutes more to the beach. San Juan de los Terreros is famed for it soft, sandy Blue Flag beaches and delightful coves. There are many interesting places to visit of social, cultural and sporting interest (4 golf courses within 20kms). The cities of Granada, Almeria, Cartagena and Lorca are within easy reach on the excellent motorways. The village has a good range of bars and restaurants, two supermarkets and a lovely paseo with several chiringuitos. Aguilas is 8kms away and offers a full range of facilities sufficient to meet one,s every need. There are superb walks along the coast and in the Aguilon Mountains, all manner of sea and beach activities and in the castle a virtual tour of the newly discovered geode can be experienced.

The apartment has enjoyed an excellent rental history and good reviews and is managed on a personal as opposed to an agency basis but as we now live 2 hours away we seek longer term rentals and can offer excellent rates.
