Welcome to the Red room. This room is perfect for two people. Perfect for sharing and save some money. Has lots of light, with a big exterior window with really nice view for Entrecampos square. The room is very quiet and cosy.

The price includes:

Water, Electricity and Gas. There will be a limit of 50€ per person (this is the average cost per person/month);

Fiber optic broadband WIFI with unlimited downloads;

Cable TV;

Cleaning of common spaces 1 time every week;
Important information:

Each room can only be rented for periods of 5 months or multiples (ex. 5/10 months). There’s an exception for the months of July and August;

Each tenant should leave a deposit of 250 euros, which will return in the end of contract if room is in good conditions;

Payment should be made on the 1st of each month;

To book a room, one month rent should be leave as a guaranty deposit, which will not be refund if the tenant change is mind.
