Blue room

Welcome to the Blue room. This room is perfect for . Although it’s an interior room without window, was carefully designed to take advantage of all the available light. One of the walls it’s a huge mirror, which makes it really cool and nice.

The room has all the necessary facilities so you feel like home since the first day:

Bed
Bedside table
Bedside tables lamps
Desk and chair
Chest of drawers
Heating

The price includes:

Water, Electricity and Gas. There will be a limit of 50€ per person (this is the average cost per person/month);

Fiber optic broadband WIFI with unlimited downloads;

Cable TV;

Cleaning of common spaces 1 time every week;



Important information:

Each room can only be rented for periods of 5 months or multiples (ex. 5/10 months). There’s an exception for the months of July and August;

Each tenant should leave a deposit of 250 euros, which will return in the end of contract if room is in good conditions;

Payment should be made on the 1st of each month;

To book a room, one month rent should be leave as a guaranty deposit, which will not be refund if the tenant change is mind.
