The house has been beautifully decorated to bring out the charm of this 1907 Victorian Farmhouse. It has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and bonus entertainment room in the basement. It is roughly 1,700 square feet on three levels. It has three bedrooms upstairs. Two bedroom have queen size beds with memory foam mattresses. The third bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out trundle. It has been designed a a flex room for either sleeping or responsible or both. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher and pots, pans and everything to make a quick meal or a big feast. The living room has a large couch that could also used for sleeping. For entertainment purposes there is a 40 LED TV on the main level and a 50 Plasma TV in the basement bonus room. Both are connected to Comcast and Apple TV. The outside is where this house really shines. In the backyard there is a fully covered deck with a bar that surrounds it complete with a natural gas barbecue. Even if it is raining you can have coffee on the deck and prepare a meal. The backyard is fully fenced and mostly private.
