This is a small, quiet, comfortable apartment. The owner is extremely careful about keeping all clean and sanitized- re: COVID issues.

The apartment is close to everything: Harvard, MIT, Red Line T, buses to the Medical Center, bicycle rentals and repair shop, 2 Whole Foods, a cafe is steps away. Located in an owner-occupied house, in a safe, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Utilities included are:internet, heat, hot water. An off-street parking space available, please reserve in advance.

The apartment has all that is needed for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen area is basic- including a microwave, coffee maker and electric teapot, small refrigerator. There is a very comfortable couch and chair, and a long desk area for any work to be done. The floors are hardwood, with colorful area rugs.

This apartment is 7 steps down, and is bright and light, with hardwood floors, full bath, tub, shower, etc. There is one main room and small bedroom. There is NO stove or oven; cooking facilities are very simple, but there are plenty of options for dining and take-out nearby.

The bathroom has a full sized shower and tub, and a new cabinet with a mirror and good lighting. The bedroom is small, has a double bed and a dresser.

OFF-STREET PARKING is available, which is a wonderful thing in this area, for sure! IF you do not have a car, no worries, you can get to anything easily- either by walking, Hub bike rental across the street, public transportation, etc.

The landlord lives upstairs, and is a very nice person.
