This beautiful 2 flat house is set back & very private with a lovely garden, trees and has incredible SUNSET VIEWS! Lots of light. The deck has a tilt umbrella for a sunny weekend brunch or a lovely cocktail hour on the veranda! This flat has been recently updated with new paint, window shades and carpet. The entire house is filled with original art. Both bedrooms have very comfortable queen sized beds. Previous guests have given nothing but the utmost PRAISE for this lovely and comfortable home!
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a flat screen TV and a Blu Ray DVD player in the living room. Wireless internet, gas, water, electric and trash removal are included. There is a downstairs laundry room. Included in your rent is bi-monthly cleaning which includes laundering of sheets and towels.

It is btwn: UCSF Mission Bay, SF General Hospital, The High Tech and Design Districts, The Mission, SOMA, Dogpatch and is very convenient to Downtown SF, The Embarcadero, AT&T ballpark. The Peninsula & Silicon Valley are easily accessed by both the 101 & 280 Freeways. It is close to 2 bus stops and is walking distance to wonderful Potrero Hill restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores.
Street parking is not difficult. Some shared, part time, off street outdoor parking is available by pre-arrangement. The walk score of this house is 76 but note that this home is one a steep hill!

We LOVED Anns lovely flat! It was perfect for our 3 month stay in San Francisco while waiting to move in to our newly purchased home, during remodeling. My husband works at UCSF. . . the location was so convenient and we really enjoyed meals on the deck and the view! The cleaning service was excellent and so was Ann! -Anna R, Toronto
