Apt. everything it claims and more. Warm and inviting with rugs, books, and wall decorations. Fully equip. kitchen. Everything we needed. A trip to the market and we were set. Comfortable bed and excellent sleeper sofa. Quiet when windows closed but did need a face mask when sleeping in the living room. Lots of storage/closets. Clean bldg. and apt. with friendly doormen. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment. Hosts left lots of information about events at Lincoln Center and rec. on restaurants as well as maps, etc. Landlords very gracious, honest, and responsible. Promptly refunded deposit after paying electric bills. This apt.felt like home and was an excellent experience for us and our guests thanks to the owners.

If you want to be in the most welcoming neighborhood in Manhattan (bus in front of building, Trader Joes up the street, Zabars too, variety of restaurants in the neighborhood, Broadway down the street, Apple store right next to apartment building, exercise at Reebok or the YMCA, and of course Lincoln Center) this is the sublet for you. Continuing, there is a multiplex theatre across the street, clothes shopping with multiple stores within walking distance. In addition, besides the lovely doorman, the apartment itself is beautifully decorated with lovely artwork and is so comfortable with a balcony to see a wonderful city. Finally, landlord is super and always responsive.

I would like Sublet.com to know of the wonderful apt we rented this past summer. The apt. is situated in an ideal location, close to Lincoln Center and Broadway Theaters. Within steps of the apt. were some of the sought after restaurants in the Upper West Side, both moderate and inexpensive. Best of all the apt. is comfortably furnished and fully stocked with cooking pots and pans and complete kitchen appliances and dishware, if one were to decide to cook. The owners of the apt. left many guides and books of NYC to help navigate through the many exciting museums and theaters available to a tourist. The apt. on the 24th floor has a small functional balcony that in nice weather provides a comfortable sitting area on which to watch the city beneath you. The view is spectacular especially at night. An added but unexpected pleasure was the friendly building staff, anxious to help with bundles and provide directions to many of the sites to visit. The owners themselves were in freque

We spent our summer here in 2009 and enjoyed it fully - we loved this apartment.
This is the perfect place to live your Manhattan life.
I cannot think of a more convenient place, 2 minutes to Lincoln Center, 5 minutes to Central Park (full of free summer events), 7 minutes to Hudson River pier where you can see the great sun-set, plus the bus-stop is just in front of the building and the subway is a block away.
The interior is unique and beautiful and very well cared for.
But the best part, I think, is that you will meet the most pleasant and reliable owners. Enjoy NY!
