2 bed 2 bath, very friendly neighborhood and extremely safe, cop cars patrol here every few hours and Ive never had any concerns with safety. It has a Kroger and Walgreens right around the corner and a really nice shaded park on the other side. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. My downstairs and next door neighbors are both small whom I can depend on under any circumstances.

The apartment complex will do a background check, it wont be a sublease from me but a transfer of lease from them. I have to move for to New York in a couple of weeks and am looking desperately! Youre welcomed to come and take a look at any time!
