Rates
$3,375.00 per month inclusive of all utilities. No Smoking. First and last plus credit card authorization or one full months rent (refundable) as a security deposit. One time $350 cleaning/laundry fee required.

Pets
Up to the discretion of the owner, pets may be allowed. An additional charge of $200 per month plus a surcharge of $400 is applied for allergy/specialist cleaning on departure.
