KAUSAY HOUSE is an international community that provides furnished bedrooms to foreign students and young professionals during their stay in Lima, Peru. We have a beautiful furnished apartment with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms in the district of Corpac-San Isidro.

The apartment is located 3.8 miles/6 km away from Parque Kennedy in Miraflores, 4.66 miles/7.5 km away from USIL, 3.2 miles/5.2 km away from Universidad de Lima, 3.5 miles/5.6 km away from Universidad del Pacifico. The bus stop is only one block away and the electric train station, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, coffee shops and Mall Center are five blocks away.

Our rooms consists of one master with private bathroom, two singles (each one with private bathroom) and one shared (that can be use as a single room too) with private bathroom. The prices for them (range:$355-$415) include all the utilities (electricity and water), Internet WIFI, home telephone, hot water, gas for kitchen ovens, washing machine and dryer, maintenance of apartment and a once-per-week cleaning service.

You will share the living room, the laundry room, the dining room, the FULL Kitchen and the balcony with the other guests.
