The room rates range from $150 to $175 per night depending on the season .

The price includes access to all the amenities plus full breakfast.

50% deposit is required prior to arrival.

Balance due upon arrival.

We do NOT add the standard 13+% Massachusetts hotel tax to any of our rooms.

Weekend stay is a 2 day minimum, unless last minute booking is available.

Long term stay prices are negotiable.


CANCELLATION POLICY:


Within 14 days of reservation no refund will be given, unless room is re-booked , minus a $25 service charge.


Outside of 14 days a full refund minus a $25 service charge will be returned to customer.
