I seek a responsible professional who needs a rental in Stamford for weekdays. All utilities included. On Offer: One large, sunny, private master bedroom + bathroom. Occupancy: Monday thru Friday OR Sunday thru Thursday. Rental includes: Heat, hot water, electricity, A/C window unit, and cleaning service on weekends.
Room is carpeted, walk-in closet, and furnished (full-size bed, bedside tables w/lamps, desk, desk chair, book shelf, mini frig., microwave + cabinet, bath mats) Any furniture not needed can be removed.
Separate entrance from large deck (342 sq.ft.) w/furniture. Off the street parking for one car.
Close to I-95, + Merritt. One block to bus.
Deposit plus two months rent. No smoking, pets or cooking.
