Great location, location, .Very quiet furnished room in a pre-ware
renovated and converted 2 bedrooms apt. high ceilings, new
kitchen with dishwasher etc. only 3 blocks from Central Park!!!!,
the theater district and time square, the best area for restaurants
and bars Lincoln Center, Fordham University, few blocks from
the A. E. C. 2. 1, N, Q, W and B trains. This is the new Chelsea
of New York (maybe better), The other roommate is a very
cool friendly girl. No board approval, no fees (by owner but I
dont live there). open minded is ok.
Open house soon, usually like from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 pm or
maybe later in the evening, it all depend on the outcome.
You should be very responsible with the bills and have no
record in the Housing Court especially non-payment and no Hold-overs evictions files.
