Our apartment is located at Abrego road in Isla Vista, called Breakpointe, which is really close to the UCSB campus, only 10 minutes walking! Also, the environment around it is quite and comfortable because its not one of the IV party areas. And since there are also lots of restaurants, cafes, and markets near our apartment, itll be really convenient to you! Basically, there is one big bedroom available now with one private bathroom in it . Also, our living room is huge with big window, so therell be a lot of sunshine coming in during the day, and we also have a kitchen with fridge. Itll be no problem to fit 2 or 3 people, and we provide electricity, gas, furniture and other amenities. Each building has its own laundry room, and Breakpointe provides us the outdoor swimming pool and the gym too! Its basically leasing during summer time, any period from June 22th to September.
