At this moment in time, the landlord has been very prompt in answering to my concerns/questions. The consideration to my anticipated stay is appreciated. Although the rental has not been finalized as of yet, will hopefully close out the initial phase by end of 11-3-2018. Looking forward to a pleasant stay.
