Very nice bedroom available for sublease! The Sublease will last through July and then you can decide if you would like to sign a year long lease. UClub is a very nice neighborhood with tons of ammeneties. They have a pool, free tanning beds, a gym, game room, computer, covered parking, trash pick up, and their maintenance will fix any problems you may have. It is a great place to live for them Summer, or year round!
