The apartment has a sofa lounger bed, a desk with chair, a kitchen with 2 electric cooktop build-in on countertop , microwave, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans, sink and mirror, 2 closets by entrance.
Rental is on semester base, summer is minimum 3 months, fall minimum 4 months and spring minimum 5 months !
2 semester prefer to one year is prefer and we offer discount off per month for long term rental longer than 8 months.
Rental is for students or interns only! Most tenants here are in their early 20s , or newly graduated! It is furnished so we do not move out the furniture!
The apartment is located in a very conveniece location on 21 street between 7 and 8 avenue.
Subway 1 train stop at 23 and 7 or subway C and E train stop at 23 street and 8 avenue just 2 minutes walk away.
Supermarket Trader Joe is one block away on 6 avenue and major shopping zone on 6 and 5 ave

Emily is a fantastic landlord and person! She was a great communicator throughout the entire rental process and was always only a text message/phone call away. She was quick to respond and very kind, along with being extremely knowledgable of the area. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment in NYC! This location in particular was a great value for the Chelsea area-- close to everything you could ever need.

Emily is a very good and helpful person. Always easy to contact. The apartment, the furnishings and the building are very old. But 3 bedrooms for its price, in Upper East Side, is awesome! Totally worth it. Ill always contact Emily when I need an apartment in NYC.

We rented this apartment for our son for 3 weeks while he was doing an internship in Harlem. We had a great experience with the landlord and were very pleased with everything. Emily is fantastic and will do everything to make your stay a great one! I highly recommend this property and this landlord.
