Hello room seeker.... I have 2nd bedroom of my apt available by Feb 26th. Can be month to month. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Its a true 2-bedroom apt.

Monthly rent is $1650 (wifi and electrical utilities avg 70$ to 120$ per roomie - depends on the season)

Looking for a roommate that is not messy and is respectable to personable space. I tent to clean the common area/bathroom and supply the detergents for it anyways.

I appreciate someone that pays rent on time. Clean. Chill. etc. Couples welcome.

To move-in: $1650 security deposit + $1650 1st month rent + $35 wifi = $3,335

The apartment is located in Lower East Side corner of Clinton Street and Stanton Street. There are tons of bars and restaurant on Clinton Street and everything you need is walking distance. As for commuting, you have the F, M, J, Z trains and the M15, M14A bus.
