Hi there, Im looking for a roomie to share my house. Long story short, I was living with my brother but now he moved out so I have a free room and taxes to pay. Its a big room, it has a double bed so couples are allowed, full lenght room closet and window/door to the balcony, a desk and shelves. The house counts with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms (but one its out of use), a living room, a big kitchen and 2 balconies. Here you have WiFi and Cable and the location its in Juana Azurduy 2600.
All i ask for payment its what my rent costs, all other house charges go by me. Sorry for not having any specific m2 of the house, this has been really spontaneous.
