This is a large furnished room in a spacious private apartment. The room will be for you only; but kitchen and bathroom are shared. Rent includes gas, electricity, heat, water and WiFi. The room comes with a bed, dresser, closet space, windows, door with locks. Male or female is OK. Only 30 minutes to midtown Manhattan by train.
