This is a fantastic rental. I stayed here for six months in 2015. The location is extremely convenient (close to downtown, a few blocks walk from the Riverwalk, close to the highway). The rental is clean, modern, and spacious. The landlord was extremely easy to work with and very reasonable. I really enjoyed my stay here.
