This is a newer, private home with easy access to UNMC, downtown, Creighton, Offutt AFB, Kiewit, Union Pacific Railroad and the University of Nebraska Omaha in less than 10 minutes. Conveniently located very close to highway 80 giving you quick access to areas in town. We are minutes from Aksarben district, Blackstone district, Dundee, and Benson. Available as a corporate rental.

Welcome to our home! We have worked hard to ensure that you have a comfortable, affordable visit in a clean home. Communication is vital to a great experience. We are certain you will enjoy your visit.

The space:
We live in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. There is a running/walking/biking trail that leads to the medical center.

Guest access:
All areas of the home except inside the garage.

Interaction with guests:
We give you space and are available by phone, text, or email as needed.

Other things to note:
The home is cleaned by a service biweekly. To be fair in cleaning charges, guests staying longer than 2 weeks are charged the cleaning fee every 2 weeks for the home to be cleaned. The cleaning fee will be paid by longer term guests at the beginning of each month, via electronic services or direct deposit.
Guests staying less than 2 weeks will pay only the one time cleaning fee.

The security deposit for visits of less than one month is one week. The security deposit for visits one month or greater is one month.

Utilities are included up to a maximum amount to prevent waste.


Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
